Not good enough, too vague. I wouldn't want to have a conservative judge decide what is of "genuine literary, artistic, political, scientific, or academic value", or any judge really. While it's vague enough to allow anything to be defendable, it's also vague enough for a judge to come down on whatever he doesn't see value in (even if others do).
Well, if the Greens don't stop this going through they might as well just bin their own party's constitution too and join the FF back benches.

Look at that:....a defence for proceedings for an offence under this section for the defendant to prove that a reasonable person would find genuine literary, artistic, political, scientific, or academic value in the matter to which the offence relates.
