Making strawmen again. For your information all juries are advised to err on the side of cautuon. And many, many people still find themselves in prison who are totally inncoent. The main argument against capitol punishment is the fallibility of the courts and once execution takes place there is no redress. In this case, unless there is certainty that this family will not come to harm, deportation would be wrong and inhumane.

juries do err on the side of caution, yes but their acution point is reasonable doubt, not any doubt. If this lady could show reasonable doubt then I would support her staying but she has not shown that, she has shown nothing, and you were not advoacting reasonable doubt, which the law states, you were advocating any doubt, meaning you want to go beyond what the law states despite the fact you quoted it.
Now are you going to withdraw yopur lynch mob comment. The consequences could be very severe?

But she has shown reasonable doubt. I for one accept that if these children are deported that they may be harmed. From where do you get your certainty that they will not be harmed, from the word of members of the Nigerian govenrment? That is the extent of the counter evidence.

And the award for the most unconvincing performance goes to Pamela Izevbekhai for her role in "Stateless Woman"

Role on her flight back home

She has shown nothing. Nothing no evidence that wasnt forged. I am not certauin they will not be hamred, I just dont see anything that says they will, I cannot be certain because its impossible to be certain of a negative and its impossible to define harm in this context. The Nigerian governmnt made statements of fact,(that thwe daughters papers were faked) which have been backed uop, the lady in qquestioon has made no statemnt of fact which ahs been backed up, so in the credibility stakes IM goingt o believe the proven truth tellers(in this context anyway) ahead of the proven liar.Reasonable doubt requires eveidence she ahs never had any.

ah for jeasus sake Hopi, will you give it a rest. All you want is for this individual to be overlooked in the good old oirish fashion of : nod, nod, wink wink, 'ah sure we'll look after you pammy' don't worry about the law, sure it's only there for appearances" attitude that has this country in a mess.

the law is the law. It's been clearly broken here. There is NO evidence that these people are in danger if deported, there is no Evidence of a group with machetes and knives camped at Lagos airport tuned into Irish news just foaming at the mouth to get hold of her and her daughters.

All this is story is fictional, It all lives in the lie producing part of her head and you are sucked in, like so many other bleeding hearts in this country - Hook , Line and Sinker.

will you wake the fvck up.
