PI is coming across as extremely unconvincing on MF. She won't give straight answers beyond saying she has to be "careful".

BTW, PI is on Marian Finucane's show now. Give that woman an Oscar.
In this case it is possible to make a decision and to use certainty as a base. It there is any doubt that harm may come this family, no deportation should occur. And can you stop putting 'that' before 'woman' when referring to the priinciple in this case. It merely exposes your prejudice.

Well in that case she is the author of her own downfall so...

Though as I stated B4 IMO PamI is a pawn in a game here.

It’s the evil People Traffickers and their Irish Agents that I despise the most.

I hope Madam will now issue a written apology in a forthcoming copy the IT re misleading the readers of the so called 'Paper of Record' on this one?

In fact she may even do the honourable thing and fall on her sword.

yep I did. I stand by it. If you decxide that the state must always err ion the side of caution then no one would ever be jailed because there are alwauyas cases in the wrong. The state uses reasonable doubt as the baromtere, this lady has had her hearing, well known advocates for the lady in wuestion are retreating from their position(and they know more about it than you, who have just lied and bluffed for want of an argument) and the state which grants twenty asylum applications a week(and know a damsn site more about this than you) have maintaiend their position that there is no risk of hamr. ASnd how do you define harm, Nigeria is a dangerous country, she could be robbed at the airport and that would harm her. Harm has a specific meaning but you wouldnt know that because facts and laws and evidence mean nothing in your fairytale world where decisions have no consequence.

because no one wants to hang je. We want to see justioce done, tou equatingm me with a racist lynch mob is an insult that may border on libel especially for someone in my profession and I will take it as far as is nescessray if your epeat that crap again. The MKods will have to warn you soon, if you persist after that, the courts will get involved. Oh but you dont care about the alw as its currentl framed do you? Well so you say anyway, see how different that is when you are on the recieving end of it.
