In this case it is possible to make a decision and to use certainty as a base. It there is any doubt that harm may come this family, no deportation should occur. yep I did. I stand by it. If you decxide that the state must always err ion the side of caution then no one would ever be jailed because there are alwauyas cases in the wrong. The state uses reasonable doubt as the baromtere, this lady has had her hearing, well known advocates for the lady in wuestion are retreating from their position(and they know more about it than you, who have just lied and bluffed for want of an argument) and the state which grants twenty asylum applications a week(and know a damsn site more about this than you) have maintaiend their position that there is no risk of hamr. ASnd how do you define harm, Nigeria is a dangerous country, she could be robbed at the airport and that would harm her. Harm has a specific meaning but you wouldnt know that because facts and laws and evidence mean nothing in your fairytale world where decisions have no consequence.
