    No it doesn't.
Nothing will motivate the lazy / apathetic / Americanised / west-British types to embrace their culture and the Irish language.

If this is true, which I guess will be, then surely she should be jailed.......

If we deport her it sends the message that you can lie, waste tax payers money etc and the worst that can happen is you only get a free ticket back home.

Where are the 'Rent-A-Liberal' mob now with their 'Let Them Stay' posters. ha ha. Those typical Muppet's are shown up for the gullible fools that they always are.

Jail the scammer, so every future degenerate gets the right message.

Really? ALL asylum seekers are liars. Every last one of them. If that is what you believe then you are as big a cretin as he is.

    So the law says,

If you don't like where in Europe you actually land, you can, in the words of Mary Harney, "shop around" until you find somewhere where you application will be given a cursory glance and no more. Once "in", you can string out legal processes at no cost to yourself and if you become a parent, it's a great help in entrenching yourself in the host country

News to me. I was under the impression that asylum-seekers had to claim in the first country in which they landed.

I agree - a message should be sent to Nigeria. Unfortunately this lying scam artist would simply use her children (again) to try & escape the consequences of her actions.

As we have seen, over & over again, there are many Irish people who are only too willing to believe any horrific story about Africa as a basis for asylum - 'they're going to chop the kids up & make a stew out of them cos thats what they do in Nigeria ! ' - and at the same time believe that they are unprejudiced & everyone else is racist - i.e. fkn morons you wouldn't trust to run a sweetshop.

Of course there are also vested interests at work - as was illustrated by the civic reception afforded to this parasite.

Am i hearing right? This lady was given a civic reception? If this is the case it is an absolute disgrace.

Which politician ssanctioned this? It is my understanding that only the current mayor at the time can hold a civic reception. He / She should be written to an asked to explain their actions.

I will personnally call them to complain about this. Anyone know who was the mayor at the time? Time for practical action on this one in relation to how we complain.

Maybe it will be a lesson to other foolish bleeding heart politicians if this one gets a mountain of complaints.

Any help would be appreciated in identifying the responsible person for affording this civic reception. What a compleate waste of time and money.

I do feel sympathy for her children given the number of years they have spent here.

It is not their fault that their mother is a fraudster and a liar.

Perhaps, the State should consider removing her children from her, giving them asylum, and deporting her back to Africa.

Back in the day, McDowell essentially said that immigrants often told porky pies in their applications for asylum. He was absolutley pilloried for it.

Can we ask him back now?

Er, no. I am sure they would prefer to remain with their mother regardless of where they live.
