I'm not so sure. Incidentally the IT's erstwhile "migration correspondent" (can you believe it ! ) is now the Paris correspondent. What did he write about today ? French identity in the face of mass immigration.
Can a similar Irish article be long delayed ? And pigs will fly.

More like they mistakenly took the Irish People for fools.

    - and its backfired.

A fairly obvious Conspiracy to defraud the State was undertaken and prominent people from both the Media and Political Establishments (for reasons best known to themselves) decided to back it .

BTW to date no hard evidence has emerged as to who is underwriting her huge Legal expenses that has cost the State over €1,000,000 of Irish Taxpayers Money.

Normally such a financial scandal would be meat & potatoes to budding journalists

    - but so far not a peep

    - I wonder why?
I heard a 'foundation' is doing so. Is it Atlantic Philantropies I wonder? Someone claimed it was a while back. This case has already cost the State €500,000, according to the Tribune. Obviously, she is seen by powerful and wealthy elites as a Trojan Horse for their agenda of Political-Correctness to silence debate on cheap labour by dressing it up in humanitarian garb. Her deportation would be a defeat for the upper-class left-liberals who are not liberal at all when it comes to free-speech. That is why they are supporting her case. Don't be fooled. They are not doing it out of the goodness of their heart, but to allow them to continue to import cheap labour, or to make money from the asylum-system.

Write to Atlantic Philantropies to tell them to stop interfering in our asylum-system. And write to your TDs and the Dept of Justice to demand the enactment of the Immigration, Residence and Protection Bill 2008 to crack down on these endless appeals and injunctions. It's passage has been paused since last November. What is going on?!?!?

Perhaps he's on some kind of work experience.

I noticed he had been moved sideways.

    Has Madam replaced him?

    - or are they going to just drop the subject altogether ?

    - as I'm sure many of his articles had the opposite effect to what was intended given some of the clangers he came out with.

Doesn't look like a sideways move to me. Looks like the IT editorial committee's work is done. Now every cub reporter on that newspaper knows how to progress his/her career.

Could someone tell me if it would be just as easy for anyone to got the Supreme Court for non immigrant issues?

I could be vilified for this, but what I mean is, how many citizens of this country -

    A. have a court case that would go all the way through the system, and even at the end of that, would go to the Supreme Court?

    B. How many citizens would go to the Supreme Court if they had to pay their own way - all the way?

Looks as if Scamela and kids will be deported 'in weeks'. The European Court has sought final written arguments from both parties and has indicated a decision will be given 'in weeks'. Note they are not even bothering with a verbal hearing. The story was in one of today's papers, Iforget which.

My Jesus, is she still here? Christ almighty. The administration of this country is appalling, but I didn't need to remind you of that I suppose.

Let's hope it happens before the GE as FG/Labour would probably let her stay to prove how much they love bogus asylum-seekers and how PC they are.
