I'd describe it as an attempt to tell the legal team that they'd be wasting their time taking on the case because, in the writer's opinion, she's a manipulative con artist, rather than a threat - it's not saying "don't represent Pamela Izevbekhai because if you do, horrible things will happen to you and/or your loved ones", it's basically saying that she's lying and that it's a waste of time and money to represent her.

Apparently the postcard is from Spain, even the judge aint buying it is a threat.

The legal team look stupid one for taking her case and two for how they are reacting to the postcard.

Pammy still as arrogant towards our legal system I see.

Regarding posters posting relevent issues on immigration as reported in the media I dont see a problem Banana healthy debate is necessary on such issues.

.....although it would be pointless debating with someone who believes that those of us who favour immigration controls are "fascists".

A Supreme Court appeal by the Sligo based Nigerian woman Pamela Izevbekhai against her deportation will not be heard until next year.

Chief Justice John Murray said due to the volume of cases waiting to be heard by the court, it could not be given the priority being sought by lawyers for the State.

RTÉ News: Izevbekhai appeal put back to next year

Well as might be expected the Supreme Court has bottled out of grasping this nettle and passed it down the line once again...

Surely these Judges get paid enough in Public Funds to be open to criticism when they show a matked lack of moral courage to deal with what is now an open scandal involving the loss of over €1,000,000 in Irish taxpayers money.

These Judges should be replaced if they cannot or will not uphold the Law.

It looks like they are just plain scared of reaching a decision on this case for fear of criticism by 'Rights' based groups and PC Politicians.

Yet they claim they are independent?

    Yeah right!

Too much Civil Service work consists of circulating information that isn't relevant about subjects that don't matter to people who aren't interested."
