There were in fact two bogus doctors on two different radio stations.

Sligo radio and RTE seem reluctant to tell us who gave them the Nigerian phone number, but I think we can guess.
Well the Gardai will be conducting an investigation when the Supreme Court finishes its deliberations. The results should be interesting.

If any non-EEA foreign-national has broken the law in this case then they should be deported after serving their sentence, or else forced to serve her sentence in their home country. Otherwise, an element of economic reward will exist for their activities upon release.

A spokeswoman for the Strasbourg court told The Irish Times it would wait for Ms Izevbekhai’s response – which must be received by April 29th - before considering the Government’s request. If that request is granted, the State could proceed with the family’s deportation on the conclusion of their current Supreme Court challenge.

Looks like the beginning of the end for PI.

With regard to the ECHR, it should be considered as a preview of the kind of interference we can expect from the ECJ if and when the Charter of Fundamental Rights, with its asylum-related provisions and other articles open to interpretation as relating to asylum-cases, comes into force via the Lisbon Treaty. In particular I am referring to Article 18 but also other aspects such as the right to a family-life, which could be twisted by a court as allowing economic-factors to be taken into account in asylum-cases.

But you see practially everyone here does not believe that these two girls are at any risk at all of FGM.

Even if we were to grant them Asylum here on that basis that would mean having to do the same for any other family from Nigeria with young girls in tow who came here and put forward the same type of story.

Please tell us what you think we should do for all the other young girls in Nigeria who might be at risk from FGM?

    Grant them all Asylum?

Because that would seem to be the 'Logic' of your argument.

    Think B4 you Post Hopi.

Once again for the slow learners. The 'floodgate' excuse was tested in a court of law and dismissed as irrelevent. You will have to try harder to find a cover for your views on this matter.

Boy you do work hard to cover all the angles lest a 'foreigner' gets to live among us. And once again, the case is not about 'this woman' it's about two children in danger of mutilation.

Why would any group want an open-borders agenda? Well there are the Dickensian bosses who want slave-labour, lawyers who want to profit from asylum-appeals with free legal-aid, property-moguls out to make a buck from housing asylum-seekers etc., and then those who favour open-borders for reasons of ideology, including Eurofederalists and postnationalists, whose agenda I have already explained on a number of threads.
To call this far fetched hardly gets the job done, but this thread, among others things, is making you look very silly. So if we extend to two children protection from mutilation we will end up with an economy based on 'slave labour' Get a grip FFS

I've been reading these posts for some months now. I am fairly certain I have never seen an anti-homosexual post. Certainly those who post in favour of prudent immigration legislation have never referred to homosexuality as a matter of relevance.

Indeed I beleive that one of the most articulate critics of Mass Immigration here has at some time mentioned that he is a homosexual.

So would you care to substantiate your innuendo?

Or else admit you're a liar?
