Strange how Amnesty did not bat an eyelid when documents turned out to have been forged. Bullsh!t-Hayes also accepted her case as did Antonia Leslie. All those acceptances do not count for much now that the whole case appears to be built on the sand of forged documents. But then the LTS fanatics such as yourself do not see anything wrong with submitting forged documents or breaking Irish law as long as it gives you another cause to believe in. I really think that the hardcore LTS mob are the kind that would have been hardcore communists during the Cold War - they need something to believe in - something that they can latch on to in order to prove to themselves that they are better, more humane, more enlightened that the rest of us. The problem is that the rest of us have to pay taxes to support these welfare tourists.
How many hospital beds won't be available because of the money wasted on this case?
How many Irish girls will grow up and die of cervical cancer because the money that could have gone to funding the vaccine went to funding the legal action?

Once again to compare male circumcision with FGM is pathetic. And of course the UN don't know what they are doing or saying, sure they don't agree with your opinion on the matter. We can't have that now, can we?A specific threat should have to be proven for PI's case for asylum to be accepted. References to cultural generalities should not be enough. The cultural-propensity in the US is for male-circumcision - that does not mean parents are forced to inflict it on their children. It may be like that too with respect to FGM. If so, her children are safe and PI should be deported. Most of these African countries were created by European colonial-powers, and so viewing them as cultural-monoliths with regionally equivalent propensities for certain practices like FGM is erroneous. And regarding UN statistics, is this the same UN which appointed Libya to head their Human Rights Body some years back?
