    District Court In Ireland

I found something very funny in the organisations of irish district court system whereby the judge and the superintendant will lock themself in one room which the people of these country should begin to questions what they're doing in that room before hearing of cases ?

I think it's when that aspect is explained that's when i will respect the court system in ireland because the superintendant and the judges actually sentence people not at the judges discretions and the knowledge of the law.

One more things is that, how would a court pass a judgement without communicating the judgement in writing in the district court which allows the victims to appeal withing 14 days in accordance with the statute, and we have a justice minister in ireland, well it's only the stupid person that will allow some of the jungle justice to pass through their backyard without stopping them from convictions frauds.

I find your posts extremely difficult to understand, perhaps it is I.

There is no situation here whereby a Judge and a Superintendent lock themselves into a room to discuss what is going to happen.

The evidence is given in open court and the Superintendent prosecutes on behalf of the DPP.

Your solicitor or yourself may then ask for leave to appeal and you or your solicitor can then obtain the necessary forms to appeal.

I take it you are not from Ireland

I will bust you very soon and let RTE show everything going on in their little gang ups room before the court.

I think you must be out of touch because if need a solicitor i will act on your behalf without a convictions or any penalty or jail if your case is defencable in nature, however unless the court did not want to lodge your appeal or you're deaf in the law court under the statute limitations act, please stop acting the maggot a chara.

Hi my friend the good thing about your situation is that you can only improve.

There is a humour section in this forum, perhaps you will get a response there.
