    Legal case against God dismissed

A state senator Nebraska in the US brought a case against God seeking a permanent injunction to prevent the "death, destruction and terrorisation" caused by God. The judge threw it out as the papers couldn't be served on God, who apparently is of no fixed abode.

BBC The court, Mr Chambers said, had acknowledged the existence of God and "a consequence of that acknowledgement is a recognition of God's omniscience".

"Since God knows everything," he reasoned, "God has notice of this lawsuit."
Well that's it for me, if the dude can't be sued it is time to get rid of him from constitutions !

Someone tried this before and he wanted to serve the papers on the Pope in Rome who claims to be God's representative on Earth. Didn't fly either.

In this country you can serve papers by advertisement if all other attempts fail, what paper does God read?
