    Can Any Country Prosecute A Person Without The Court ?

    Well we have to start that system now by prosecuting people most especially on race isue when the entire country is depressed and can not find evidences than cock and bulls story of cloned stuff, now i think we have to force them to obey the law as stipulated in the constitutions shall we and tell them that the days of murphys law is over ?
