    10,000 ways to hang yourself.

Law prof and cop agree: never ever ever ever ever ever ever talk to the cops about a crime, even if you're innocent.

How stupid or uneducated will you be and be afraid of cops for what ?

People like us read law and their are two types of crime which is civil and criminal and you must also be familier with what constitute a crime, so no cause for alarm when it comes to justice but the most important aspect is for every citizen to know the law before defending yourself otherwise bang bang BANG, BINGO.

All things are bright and beautiful but who made it ?

Precisely. We have no equivalent of 5th amendment rights here.

I see stopthetrain/angelcountry has a new face. Pity it's so like the old faces. Can you imagine that eejit trying not to talk for hours on end? I imagine he'd talk his way into a gas chamber in less than an hour!

Nobody would be able to make any sense of what he was saying anyway. And he'd have no smilies to help him out either

I know people like you might subject what we say as inadmissible despite the fact that, you're taken a left over without the got to defend yourself in the face of the public or in lacuna by law.

However, you maywell need a little bit of help in a sort of identity parade, just like the one they had before prosecuting the person for jill dando murderer, any take on that ?

I do sometimes think that how do they manage to put evidences together before an ''indictment'' without an hearsay, but ''labbelling a person alone constitute an offence of defamations'' without a convictions which is fundamental.

Well i'll bring you to a case of DPP V Adegbesan 2007

This case is centred around a Nigerian man that was indicted for stealing an English man name and uses it to obtain credit from bank of ireland (almost tweenty thousand euro) and the Nigerian man has previously been stopped from a border trip of ferry from fishguard to britain sea port, he was found guilty of the said offences and convicted for a costodian sentence of two years.

I dont know what people deemed as identity theft and what constitute the said offences in questions, you can not just go on and on lebbelling people because of residency permit, oppresion must be halted if you dont mind.

What do you mean by that, you sound like you're from different planet, what name did you want people to use in politics.ie ?
You want people to use their real name ?

I think you need to get over your bank holiday hangover. :P
