    Are you that concerned about a matter of months or do you think it's an indication that this wont be delivered at all?

    It is on the A, B or C list of the legislative programme? Last time I checked it was in C. We won't see it in the Dail and Seanad until it makes it to the top of A.

    It easily won't be produced until december/ jan ... i mean the intoxicating licor bill coming out the immigraton bill, student support bill.. all of these will be given priorty over the civip partnership bill
