Garda Siochana Ombudsman.

I read an article today on the sindo saying that, most reports on some gardai officers are of puzzled nature is in fact false in the garda siochana ombudsman asumptions, if a garda suddenly recieved a letter about a complaint about them from a members of the public from the garda siochana ombudsman and then worried about their career in the force on prospect, didn't those gards think about what they're doing wrong to the members of the public aswell most especially targetting people labelling them as criminals in the community conducting illegal investigations because of what they have done wrong to people, which he who do wrong must face the consequencies of it ?

I have seen a person of similar profession they troubled with around 18 cases of public order going on for two yearsin court, now tell me what can you call that ?
Dont they want to distroy the career of that person for nothing with intent ?
And when they complain about them they think of their future prospect, which to me is all bollox.

The garda siochana need to do their job with honesty, if some of the complaint where withdrawn, is just because they're not doing anything and the person has to deal with it themself, sometime the way they conduct there entry to property is weird to be honest.

And finally, we also read that, they're taken a high court action on the ombudsman to get the informations on the identifications of the nature and the name of the complainant against them because under the law the garda siochana ombudsman are not allow to do so, but sometime they should also think of false conviction they do on people without burden of proofs just because of some mocky power given to them on disrict court under the law which i believe it will be abolish very soon, how would you investigate and summons a cases and at the same time act as the judge? While the judges are there to pass judgement at there discretions because of their fraudulent convictions on people, some accuse go to court everyday and are not even aware that they have been convicted most especially when they're summon for multiple charges.

The law reforms commission should repeal their right to determined who should be on bail or reminded in custody because there is an abuse on that aspect aswell, all power should be vested on the judge with due process of law between an accuse and the courts.

Now they want to obtain informations on nature and the identifications of the complainant, i will challenge that revelations because it should not be allowed atall, if they want to protect their own prospect they should address their ''Malice'' false prosecutions false in the attack on innocent citizen in the state, but i believed they have a duty as law protector but not in excess of their power based on hate or heresay.

When garda mitchel power and micheal walse of new ross county wexford said to a black man they took to court for fabricated public order offence since october 2006 that he should have a ''good life'' in the compound of the court house and the person never come out of cases of public order till today and they want to get promotions in their jobs they even employ the gorey suprintendant mr Roche to help them out on that immigrant, do you think the garda siochana ombudsman does not need to investigate that in new ross county wexford where corruption is the order of the day in that station ?

And when that immigrant go for his GNIB CARD, mitchel power will wait on him and mock him, by so doing who does not know with common sense that, they intend to attack that person among the blacks in that community.

Garda phina should also be investigated on the assault on john moron new ross, housing officers becuase the director of public prosecution just allow summons without due processes.
