    Should we have extrajudicial executions?

Should we have extrajudicial executions, for enemies of the State, such as drug importers and distributors, terrorists, gangland figures, etc

Are you suggesting that the State should set up a cell that is judge, jury and executioner?

Have you being watching the Fixer on ITV or reading Tom Clancy's "without remorse" by any chance.

Even if you believe in capital punishment, you can't execute a criminal without
giving them a fair trial (unless you favour lynching criminals).
