Spot on. He's desperate to keep in the public eye, even if that means coming out with half-baked, virtue-signalling and potentially defamatory tweets.

He would probably walk around Grafton St with a sandwich board saying #ibelieveher if it gave him a few minutes of publicity.

Are you intellectually capable of understanding the difference between a criminal trial and a civil one?

So why not ask them. Their contact details are easily found online.

Given the snobbery of his defence lawyers reference to middle class girls there is arguable a whiff of cynicism in them now being incensed by the tweet in question.

I wish PJ and his team every success in this action.
    Of course you do.

Amadan will love this. Amadan will do anything to avoid talking about issues like housing or health. He only wants to talk about feminism, gays, abortion, and Trump. This will be great publicity for him and also help avoid him doing things an Irish Labour politician is actually supposed to do i.e. look after the welfare of workers

For once I agree with you.

Unfortunately, Irish policitians and media concerns owned by the Menace, seem to want harsher Defamation laws.

And you never want to talk about gays. Nope. Never.

He's the perfect example of what's wrong with the system. If you have enough money, not only will you be able to protect your so-called reputation; you'll be able to use the threat of forcing someone to prove their case as a way to ensure that even comments that may be entirely true are not made for fear of financial loss.
