Quite possible, but my core point is that this relates to treatment he alleged happened after he alleged that a Garda was involved in the distribution of drugs, and then a year later (I believe) had arrested that same Garda for drink driving. This report isn't a commentary on those matters.

    Damning, all the same.

    Indeed, Toland.

Who knows what level of paranoia a whistle-blower might feel about actions subsequent to blowing the whistle, in the environment we find ourselves. Indeed, it seems that KH saw what happened to McCabe (re the Tusla file, etc.) and determined that he was subject to something similar.
Every indication is the Tusla file will be shown to have been a simple mistake.

Probably although Callinan's use of it to undermine McCabe surely wasn't!

The best deliberate mistakes ARE simple I guess.

I'd be interesting in Paddy Power giving odds on the chance of the sequence of events blamed ACTUALLY happened.

Which stage of the process? The entire episode in relation to it, or just the fact that it was documented incorrectly?

I wonder how much the Harrison module has cost the taxpayer?

MMcC has been waiting a decade to get justice and justice will mean real questions for AGS and the state at large...Harrison popped up no more than a few months ago and already he's been dismissed as a trouble maker with a grudge.

Interesting timing and interesting message manipulation.
It's a mad domestic dispute, it should never have been part of a tribunal, but not an accident it is there.
