After taking the Department of Education to Court in an attempt to have her Autisic son taught properly in School.
Sadly, she lost the case and now owes over £5 Million?
Could someone explain to me how this is serving justice?
Were are the rights of the child, Mother and Family?
Were is the equality promised in the 1916 Proclamation?
She sued. She lost. She owes €5m to her own lawyers. Tht State didn't pursue her for its costs.
If you lose a case, in most circumstances, tough luck. The State should not be a soft touch on legal bills when it wins. (Also certain nutjobs keep refering to her as having been chased through the courts by the Government)
We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns — the ones we don't know we don't know.
