Why will no TD say the suspect's name in the Dáil under parliamentary privilege? After all, the naming of suspects has happened many times in Westminster.

probably there are no votes in it. the td wants the suspects and their supporters votes as well and to name the suspect may split his/her support as it is a highly emotive issue with much conflict. TD's never do anything or say anything unless it means more votes or has a positive impact on them

Considering that the identity of the alleged murderer of Mary Boyle is all over social media, one would assume that if he was going to sue Gemma he'd have done it a long time ago.

Why would this individual sue GOD if other people have been naming him as the alleged killer on social media?

I think everyone knows it was a member of Fianna Fáil who killed Mary Boyle and it was long standing councillor Sean McEniff who pressured Gardai to stop questioning the murderer.
