Were there not some around P.ie who doubted that Ganley would ever sue and be successful, that he was all huff and puff! Hopefully there's more to come.

Congrats Decko, from a euro sceptic, euro realist, non federalist fan, at least you're outside the consensus of failure, and have won a victory for truth.

You do know that Mr Ganley is a pro EU federalist?

Now if he could just figure out what his cause is he'd be flying.

A little bit on it here: The Chairman returns! Declan Ganley in the Irish Daily Mail… The Cedar Lounge Revolution
And look who, rather hilariously, appears in the comments section:
    Kevin Barrington - January 16, 2012

From my limited testing of those waters, I would not be too quick to throw the towel in.
Remember Deco throws out libel actions like billy ho but never seems to follow through on them. He uses them as a form of truth kevlar.
It’s high stakes poker. But not without its adrenalin.

The fact that the payment was just €50 underlines that DG is not a vindictive man unlike many of his critics.

Indeed I do, which is why I posted emphasising that I still admire the fact that he is outside the consensus box, even if in a different way, either Europe goes back to the drawing board and federalise/mutualise the debt, and have proper accountability, with an elected commission and president, or it reverts to a group of nations sharing a single market, with competing economic models, and each nation have a maximum amount of autonomous economic policies. I favour the latter, he the former. One thing for sure, the E.U. cannot continue with an architecture of failure.

    Vague libel?

Mr. Ganley seems curiously reluctant to point out what is libelous about Mr. Malone's blog article. Odd, given that the article has had hundreds of views and the online frenzy he himself has fed, will make it viral.
Surely he would wish to clearly point out to people where Mr. Malone has erred.
Surely he can do that and sue as well if he so chooses?

Interesting. He has hair issues and his Twitter pic crops the top of his head. Apart from that, little interest in the man.
