The child?
His parents/guardians?
The State for apparently not taking action?

I'd be shocked if at least one law isn't being broken in this disgraceful matter.

Its way past time the full resources of the State be brought to bear on this family & their likes.

What though? Short of banishing them to the Blasket Islands (which I would support) there isn't any punishment out there to make them cop on. They are in and out of prison the whole time anyway and view it as a holiday.

I'd imagine the Mayor of Limerick, Jim Long, would have some clout here but he, according to the report, he said:

"I don’t want to go there. It was a great success and I don’t want to give credence to a few who tried to cause annoyance to all the others who had a great day."
