These posts are not prejudicial. How can they prejudice anything - no one has been charged? Prejudice only kicks in when charges are laid before the court, ie it becomes sub judice.
Mr Justice Peter Kelly confirmed that in the High Court in January 2003 in a case involving contempt of court by the Independent, Herald, Star, Sunday World and RTE.

I thank you for making the case for those of us who've argued that Ireland needs to step up its game when it comes to security. The fact that he engaged in such activities while here but only suffered an insult to his liberty elsewhere is something we should be ashamed of instead of brandishing about like a talisman of innocence.
Ireland has a responsibility to both its own citizens and it's neighbors to now begin acting like a sovereign state and that means protecting its borders and minding it's passports. I've never seen anything like the heat generated over Mossad (according to those wonderful Arab Gendarmes in Dubai) apparently using Irish passports in a hit on a known terrorist in the Middle East. (sondagefaux did you post on this subject? If you did what did you say?) But the very faction which couldn't wait to denounce Israel (with no evidence whatsoever) is refusing anything less than first hand multiple eye witness accounts before they'll accept that Ireland's, ahem, relaxed approach to border controls and asylum status constitutes a serious threat to us and especially our neighbors.
I don't think people like Sondagefaux or the Israel-haters do irony!
Interesting piece on Drivetime now including comments from Liam Egan.
