I dont know if you have been in many courts in the 26 Gaelach, but if you had you probably wouldnt doubt that scrapping the whole lot and formulating something for the 21C is the thing to do. Really any time I have ever been in a court here I felt I had been transported back to the 18C. The whole galamaisíocht just makes me laugh. Issues that should be dealt with in a matter of minutes are still in dispute two years, and several thousand euro later.
