I can;t remember if I mentioned this already, but The WP published Patterns of Betray: The Flight from Socialism in 1992, which collected the writings of both sides of the DL split. It can still be got from The WP office. It will be in the Cedar Lounge Revolution Left Archive at some point soonish I hope.

Depends what you mean by that term. The SP has always opposed violence in the north. The SWP has given critical support to the Provos. Other groups like Socialist Democracy supported the Provos but no longer do so. Some Trotskyists supported the INLA, and there might still be some trotskyists in the IRSP I think.

Heroin is a majior weapon in the arsenal of the Southern establishment so its no surprise that the same people who did everything they could to lend support to the British ruling class's stratergy of "Ulsterization, Criminalization and Normalization" would also be involved in the class war here (on the bosses' side of course).
