Have you got the Timesonline source? It seems we as a nation are very ******************************ly and over-sensitive to the slightest criticism. It is unlikely Herr Pauls said "Ireland is a coarse place" as saying he did is most unfair. Secondly, Ireland has a sad history and any Martian who landed in Ireland and spent some time with the natives would draw the same conclusion Herr Pauls did regarding the money question.Originally Posted by madura

It is a sign of insecurity - most other peoples are not that way. (Because, when you point the finger, your other fingers are pointing back at you!).
I just googled 'Most Oppressed People on Earth' and y'know what? Ireland wasn't even in the top ten pages! Someone should have a word![]()
