No, you complete and utter tool, I'm not.

You aren't usually this dense Field Marshall, are you intoxicated?

Why you seem to think it was in any way desirable or the responsibility of Britain in WWII to focus its time in fostering positive bilaterial relations between Japan and America is beyond any rational comprehension.

We are agreeing with you - Britain did not attempt to foster good relations between the USA and Japan, for the very good reason that Japan was an ally of Nazi Germany, which Britain was at war with.
Agreed, and as sensible, rational and indeed, sober people well know, that's a far cry from saying:

That underhand methods were utilised goes without saying.
Especially when you don't produce a shred of credible evidence to support it.

The PM of Japan is visiting Hawaii and has no intention of apologising for the attack on Pearl Harbour. It wasn't even in the US at the time. The Japanese saw it first but the Americans wanted all the pineapples to build up their empire while the Japanese were squashed together on three little islands which were subject to earthquakes,

Strawman - it wasn't their job to do so.

Britain being at war with Germany had nothing to do with Pearl either - Britain had no way of knowing that Hitler would be so stupid as to actually declare war on the U.S. because of Pearl Harbour.

The trouble is you (and others like you) tend to interpret history to confirm conclusions you have already drawn.

Is that from some sort of history book that you can colour in?

We must always remember the 7th of December.

When America entered World War I in 1917 it only declared war on Germany, not on the other Central Powers.

In December 1941 would Roosevelt have actually declared war on Germany and Italy if they hadn't already declared War on America?
