Fast-tracked Swine Flu Vaccine under Fire

The last pig pox vaccination program led to many cases of Guillain-Barre Syndrome. What the side effects of this new untested vaccine will be is anyones guess. Nice to see that the elderly, young and pregnant will be experimented on first.

Will the Dept of health go ahead with their forced vaccination program ?

Section 38 contains a purposeful loophole to detain anyone. It legalises the detention of, by force if necessary, people who are not identified as infected but are a “probable” source. The name of section 38 is “Detention and isolation of person who is probable source of infection” and it states the following, “force may, if necessary, be used for the purpose of carrying out any provision of this subsection.”

Health Act section 40 gives the government the right to detain people in government facilities not just hospitals with the following line, “the order to allow for the patient’s isolation in a hospital or other place convenient“. Part 2 of section 38 redefines the word person into patient: “(2) Where an order is made under this section in relation to a person (in this subsection referred to as the patient), the following provisions shall have effect[….]”. This makes it legal for the government imprison people known not to be infected and label them as patients, different laws apply to patients under this medical bill.

(Because it can't spread through the population you hang with.) So even if you believe in the vaccine, all you need to do is encourage your friends to go get vaccinated...

#8 - Drug companies are making billions of dollars from the production of swine flu vaccines. That money comes out of your pocket -- even if you don't get the jab -- because it's all paid by the taxpayers.

last in the queue I suspect....Gas thing is...as far as I know...we paid out a fortune to ensure enough Tamiflu for the last flu yoke!!!....SARS...and now we are not even going to dispense it...apart from those who are seriously ill with the H1N1!!...sure if we have to wait so long for the vaccine.....sure why not treat with tamiflu...no point in trying to tie up the pony once its bolted half way down the yard...
We all need 2 vaccines to be immunised...if its going to take a year to have all the doses to vaccinate properly...we're talking about July 2010...by which stage(please God....ooppss blasphemy law on my head!!!!)...it will be well over nad we're facing the prospect of something else!!!!!
