    WHO raise Swine Flu pandemic alert to phase 6

    WHO have today 11th June 2009 raised the Level from 5 to the highest Level 6, being the full blown pandemic phase. Designation of this phase will indicate that a global pandemic is happening.

    The Statment of the DG of WHO is here;

    Better hunker down folks to a potential visit from the pig pox and a few not so nice days with the darn thing.

    Come to think of it, I have a sore throat today .... it couldn't be .... could it???

    Oh dear - don't want to alarm you but there is a bug going round that starts with a sore throat, and gets worse... tremors, fever, aches, the works...

    I know coz ive had it since sunday. Recovering now. Doc was only concerned if I've traveled recently (I havent), and coz she felt an infection was building on my chest, gave me an antibiotic. She did say the initial thing was viral tho. I only know I hope swine flu isnt worse than this coz monday was shіte and sunday night was worse.

    Drink plenty of fluids, and stay warm!

    I'm not taking any of these bogus vaccines - I'll tell you that right now.

    Of course not.

    But you take bogus you tube links as gospel, dubious claims as gospel, paranoid delusions as gospel, rampant paranoia as gospel, 'Truther' fantasies as gospel, sweeping generalisations as gospel, etc.

    But of course you are too intelligent to take fully tested medically proven vaccines that might save your life!

    You are dumb beyond belief!

    Yeah, I've had that bug. It's not influenza, of any strain. I'm had influenza, once - believe me, you know when you have it. It's not like feeling under the weather and sniffly

    Yeah. I had it too. Once you have it you never complain about having a bit of a cold again! It is horrid.
