I think the government should be trying to find the money for cervical cancer (HPV) and not swine flu.

Agreed, but you see Harney has her head stuck in the trough with the other pigs so it's convenient for her to have these talks. Beware of fearful masters
Who needs to be vaccinated? The swine flu has killed very very people this go around. But the last time the vaccine was used (1976 in the US) it killed and paralysed very many more. I still believe cervical cancer to be the greater risk.
