    Time to stop

    Have you been waiting to give up smoking, do u keep putting it off?? are smokes costing you too much money ????

    Help yourself and our country by stopping.

    I would like us p.ie users to stop smoking together so if you wanna join our team leave a message we will set the date for MONDAY 20th of April so guys lets see can we do this as a team.

    we can help each day, who knows maybe in 12 months time we might all meet up and say hay we did it

    come on guys where are the smokers here we got hit by budget again lets give them the two fingers and give them up together it might work u know it can be a kidda help line here

    Like a complete idiot I restarted smoking again 4 months ago after a year off them

    I'm gone from 20 a day down to about 5 , i suppose Ive tried everything else might as well give it a lash .

    jesus after a year off well at least u know u can do it ya next monday tryin to get a few people to do it a form of group teraphy lol

    I'm off my 20 to 30 a day since January, cravings all gone. Weight gain of about a stone is now being reversed, urge to snack gone altogether. Plus, I've saved nearly a grand so far this year and can finally exercise properly without having a fit. I did cold turkey, difficult but brief, none of that patch nonsense.
