    The Health March.

    Does anybody know how this went today,did many turn up?Marches will highlight issues but is there anything else going on in this campaign???

    dctu,patients together,monaghan hosp etc!!!March from garden of remembrance to Merrion square!!! 2pm today!!! Marches dont make that much impact so!!!

    What were they marching about? Are they pro-health or anti-health?

    Mind you the fact that they were getting some exercise might suggest pro-health.

    On the other hand, the dail wasn't sitting today so it would have been a waste of time.

    Mental health march?

    well of course it was a pro PD policy on healthcare.In an attempt to speed up the complete privatisation of all health provision and of the creation of centres of excellence for the provision of liposuction in association with a fast food outlet on every shop corner in the nation

    Don't knock liposuction! It has done wonders for Mary Harney, Biffo and Lootherlenihan.

    Well they should DEFINITELY SUE,you're supposed to take the extra OUT not put more IN!!!Poor things ,starting to feel sorry for them!!!!

    Could they not request HIQA or ACTUALLY the HSE itself to undertake an "independant" review,take 6 months to review the report prior to publication because its gone to the AG and then launch it on the day of the budget so no one will notice???????
