This is what our 2 tier health service does!!

Private patients skip the cancer queues.

Private patients with suspected cancer are getting fast-tracked to treatment in state hospitals while their public counterparts are left waiting.

The shocking trend emerged in a major survey of private patients who needed investigations to find out if they had cancer.

Confirmation of a quicker system for those who can pay for their health service will re-ignite claims that money talks -- and saves lives.

They won't defend it. They will say this is exactly the sort of thing Co-location will sort out.

    Except it won't of course

This is not news, it's being going on for decades. Co-location will simply instituitionalise it.

Of course it is. If the health service was perfect few would have health insurance. The reason people take it out is to jump queues don't be so nieve.
