    Time to stop selling our council houses

    End sales at discount, dont erode our Public housing Stock

    Rent at €10 + 20% of income over €200pw

    So they're not actually being sold then?

    Boy meets Girl. They fall in Luv. 1+1makes 3. She rents house state pay €900 rent subsidy. Boy moves in on the quiet, sings on at his ma's house. boys works for cast 650 pw in the buildings. pays landlord €300pw on top.
    3+1 = 4 4+1=5 = corpo house. Value €400,000

    they marry 15 years later in spain

    buy corpo house after 5 years at 70% discount

    What I dont like is unmarried mothers getting benefits when they are in a relationship with partner ie a couple with a child can get a house and/or social benefits on the fact that she is technically unmarried. Or indeed mothers getting free rent and benefits, spawning children left right and centre, whilst living off the fat of society as they fornicate every weekend and get thrashed in the local pubs during the week. But I guess much of this was covered under the whole Kevin Myers 'bastard' saga. And thats really down to enforcement I would imagine?
