What I mean is ...

How many received between €0 and €1,000

How many received between €1,000 and €5,000

How many received between €5,000 and €10,000

How many received between €10,000 and €25,000

Etc .

Yep , i think the public would be furious if the actual full extent of these allowances became known , they tend to drip out little by little in reports and often under the radar ........ And get overlooked by RTE and the IT

Important to remember that many, if not most, of the allowances will be tax free.

€186,000 in allowances? Were they doing organ transplants in their kitchen or something ..

Would an FOI query be able to name and shame the individual or sector they are in?

Excellent point , again often overlooked .......and how many are pension reckonable ?

Allowances ought to be capped.

Looking at the video it seems to have been payment in lieu of "Rest Days".

As in there are a number of "Rest Days" an employee is allowed per annum.

And if they don't use them they get paid for them.

Which of course means they get paid twice for the same days work.
