Not sure if this issue has been raised elsewhere but it does not appear to be in the Health and Social Affairs section yet.
There are a number of people living rough in the bushes off the M50 at the Ballymun exit.
I see 2-3 young boys each morning and evening begging at the traffic lights at the top of the exit ramp.
I see 2-3 women begging at the traffic lights at the Ballymun Cross at Days Inn Hotel too.
I've been told they are living rough in the bushes nearby in a kind of shanty dwelling.
For me if an adult wants to sleep under a bush in the rain then thats his or her business. Its a free country.
But what about the kids?
My heart goes out to them. They are cold, wet, no proper raingear.
Is there a case for taking the kids into care?
