During the Blitz in 1940, the Queen was asked by the government to leave Buckingham Palace, and live in the countryside for her own safety. Her response was that if she did so, she could no longer look the people of the East End in the eye.
"Elite - a small superior group; esp one that has a power out of proportion to its size." (Oxford English Dictionary)

The majority cannot therefore be the elite.

We voted in the govt to appoint an accountable person responsible for health. You are saying she is not responsible, fine, then she should come home, resign, give up her fat pension and pay back every penny she earned as a TD.

She is responsible for health policy and strategy - not for operational matters. What happened in the Tallaght case comes under operational management.

But she could look them in the eye while living in luxury while they lived in poverty? And you do mean Queen Elizabeth or are you British.
