Health Levy Increase to hit standard rate taxpayers

The health levy has increased to 2.5% whilst the higher rate of income tax drops to 41%.

A budget windfall alright for the higher income earner ONLY!! An increase of 1/2% on all income if you don't earn more than €45k or so.
