    The policy is a closely-guarded secret, revealed only to a few chosen adepts.

    Lobby for changes in the World Trade Organisation to protect domestic food production from competition from cheaper imports;

    I thought the Greens were for fair trade!

    Some of that stuff is very economically unviable. Farming ranks right up there with women in the pantheon of things i know nothing about but i remember something like the sugar they want to produce electricity with is the most expensive possible way of carrying out that process. Their live export policy is a bit yes but no but yes but no but yeah too

    Any PD who thinks he can comment on farming is a joke, go back to Deckland and wait there because I hear Lucinda will get rid of Michael in Dublin South

    contrary to our actions we are not interested in offending every possible profession in an effort to minimise our vote. it seems that way at times but it isnt the case

    I'm not saying there is something fundamentally wrong with being for protectionism, just because I don't agree with it, but please stop pretending to be a liberal party, Agriculture, the 2003 drink laws, McDowell stalling on Same Sex Unions, Risk Eqalisation, all this makes you a CONSERVATIVE party.

    Maybe you should make the change on your website.
