My question is: "Is David Corchrane mad?"

In fact it deserves it's own thread, if not it's own social grouping, here in politics.ie, which has been turned into a Libertas election tool, after Declan Ganley hired David last year.
How about a thread and poll is Vincent Salafia mad? Doubt you'll be able to spam enough people to tip the votes in your favour!

Are you about to throw yourself on the ground, writhe around and fake death in protest at this thread?!

If we were only allowed to discuss politicians having sane and rational debate - it would be a pretty sparse website.

    Lighten up.

Have to agree. This is the internet FFS.
If Gogarty were to writhe around the floor of his living room that would be his own business.
The guy is obviously completely loopers, looks for any opportunity for a cheap PR stunt, but has lost the respect of normal people.

Oh please, spare us the PC bullcrap... someone calling someone mad is just a turn of phrase and not a serious remark about disabilities. You know that. Gogarty is acting mad, like he's being a pillock, plonker, prat, immature etc... mad behaviour for man in his position.

Just as I thought. This is an election strategy. Instead of having a platform, or a manifesto, the Libertas strategy is simply to accuse critics and rivals of being mad. You'll always find some lunatic to agree with you

Gogarty writhing on the floor at a public meeting is plain crazy and even Libertas would not dream up stuff like that. On second thoughts maybe Ganley paid him to do his party piece. Or Miriam might have ...

Ok folks, this thread has nothing to do with Libertas, I've asked Vincent to stay on topic. Cheers.

Who said I was Vincent Salafia? And if I were, wouldn't it be a breach of the rules of this site for an Admin to expose the private identity of the member? In fact, wouldn't it be a breach of the Data Protection Act?

On this occasion I am definitely playing the man and not the ball. I have no issue with him using the term 'mad', I regularly use the term 'retard' with no offense intended towards people with genuine disabilities, the term retard is much broader, people can be morally retard, emotionally retarded or just seem to have a problem with cause and effect.

I just find the guy irritating and its nothing to do with FG or having a pop at them. So kindly stop tarring me with a PCGM brush please or I might have to call you a mongoloid stupidhead.....
If I could mass-sterilise the planet, I would. Seriously.
