Eamon Ryan takes on Canada and it's ambassador

Just heard Eamon Ryan waffling on the über wafflers, George Hooks, programme lay into Canada and its refusal to sign up to latest global warming treaty. Eamon thinks Canada should be ashamed. At least the Canadians have the money to decide what they want to do. We thanks to Eamon and his sleeping buddies don't. Mind you, why is he still getting airtime as the South Kerry Independent alliance have almost as many councillors?

I hope the Canadians take note of the fact that the gobsh1te and his chums got drubbed in the last election.

In the context of Ireland, Ryan is an irrelevant has-been.

Former minister of bankrupt country, takes time out to lecture the Canucks (which incidentally is a destination of choice for many highly trained Irish people who cannot find work in this bankrupt, insolvent country). Of course if they were former GP councillors they would not have this problem - they would be able to tap into state jobs.....

Has this anything to do with mining oil from sands and endangering temperate rain forest and seas bearing oil tanker traffic. The greedy guts win out as usual. When are we going to overcome our neanderthal dependence on oil?

Ps eamon Ryan is nearly as Teflon as Bertie

The pot calling the kettle black, after what he did to his own country. Ryan should be ashamed to go to the shop for milk.

Denis Healey's comment springs to mind 'like being savaged by a dead sheep'.

I'm quite sure the Canadian Ambassador will survive, and the Sanctimo(a)nious one will cycle back to the leafy environs of D6 to smugly drink his twig tea oblivious to the fact he's made a complete tool of himself once again.
