It is strange how the Herald managed to get their hands on correspondence with the Gardai.

Could it possiblly be a leak from the Minister of Justice?

    Surely not.

Just looked at the order of business for today in the Dáil.

Does anyone know why the first five questions, from Kenny, Gilmore, and Ó Caoláin are all about the National Archives Act and files withheld from 1979?

    What's up with that?

Why would Dermot Ahern risk bringing down his own Government? Is it that serious a matter? What's his beef with Trevor Sargent or is it just a green thing?

True, the Greens stumbled onto the moral high ground last week and I don't think they can afford to give that up.

I don't know. Maybe they can organise some garden leave for wee Trevor.

Seems like a FF attmept to gain revenge on the Greens. In addition, the allegations are serious in their own rights.

So yes, I think this one has legs on a couple of levels.

Once there is distrust between FF and the Greens, the game is up.

Should the Greens not retaliate by pointing out that Mary Geoghegan Quinn has her own cupboard of skeletons from when she was Min of Justice.
