The dishonesty in the Nama debate reminds me of the lead up to the Iraq war. Except in this case 46 experts and a Nobel winner have told the administration they are completely wrong. And the administration know it too - but some of them are demanding political bribes to go along with it.

No Green TD will survive the next election - unless they can change the voting system. Oh wait.

The potential for corruption is as great as anything the Galway tent could throw up.

It has always been abundantly clear that this is how the Green party operates, and would continue to operate. If you voted for the Green party, this is part of what you get, actual accountability to the party.

It's a very odd notion of democracy that sees an unelected cabal controlling the votes of TDs as a virtue.
