So that would be O Cuiv elected on the first count, and not all hope lost for Grealish.
Heavy words are so lightly thrown.

im disappointed Fidelma (FG) hasnt done better! im glad Cox and Connolly have done poorly i have no support for them at all! I really hoped Frank Fahey would loose seat, it seems barely anyone in Galway likes him!

Ya what a result for the PDs. Grealish could be their only TD.

That Green vote seems shockingly poor.
The standard of excellence is an infinite suggestiveness, naturalism is the one thing to be condemned.

This is a disaster for the Greens. He was a high profile Mayor and if they were ever going to win this was the moment.

    Shocker for the Greens.
    Absolute disaster.
People will say that the Mullingar accord did for labour, but what accord did for the Greens?
And I dont think SF had an accord with FG either. Whats going on there?

Feel sorry for Niall - Lot of Michael D. transfers probably coming to him but too little, too late.

Maybe the Greens got part of the blame from the electorate for the water-crisis?
