Carefull, if Clanrickard lists all his problems this thread will be longer than the Obama Birth Cert thread

Its politically illiterate and the long string of Jewish names at the start of the "who are the neocons" sequence was well dodgy.

I agree. Ron Paul has a lot of supporters who have ideas I could roughly agree with, but he himself and many of his backers are implicated in acts like the distribution of racist literature. Watching this video, I thought that the compiler of the clips in particular had an agenda.

You have clearly and frequently shown that you haven't a notion what neoconservative is. You simply use it as a substitute description for things you don't like so you're hardly one to add an informed critique to the subject.

Exactly. Also note the Israel needs you poster in the middle of it. A reprehensible smear. The idea that the bunch of college hippies that became the neo-con movement had anything to do with Trotsky is sheer nonsense. None of the neo-cons were communist. But for the libertarian loonies anyone left of Regan is a communist. There are so many inaccuracies in this video it's hard to know where to start. The biggest laugh of all is the idea that the neo-cons are pro-welfare state! What a joke!

That may well be true but you have to admit the concentration on Jews is suspect to say the least (Cactusflower is right about that. )and I already started a thread (http://www.politics.ie/culture-commu...ertarians.html )which showed Paul's previous missives, and some libertarians views, on race leave some disquieting questions. Also Paul is mixing up Paleo-Conservatives with Neo-Conservatives which shows he is not really au fait with his subject.

"Why aren't there anymore like him in his party? A real American."

Yeah a real American who tried to justify 9/11 Ron Paul's scum and don't even get me started about his pandering to conspiracy nuts.
