I came across this site, recently.
I'm not quite sure if it's a joke or not. The logo features two towers, a pentagon, the flight numbers of the 11th of September flights.
The company promises that it won't sell oil which comes from the Middle-East. It's a bit odd.
Thoughts?

The photograph showing the petrol station has been doctored to show the "Terror Free Oil" logo.
Remember Michael Moore's "Undercutting the infidel" sketch? He set up a petrol station called something like Hussein's Oil, run by Iraqi's, with the slogan "Undercutting the Infidel since '91". They sold 'gas' at half price compared with local competitors for a day. Despite being told that all profits were going to Iraq, American drivers were queuing around the block. When interviewed about this, the general response was 'cheap gas is cheap gas'. In short, I don't think Terror-free Oil is much of a business idea.

Not the site, but the idea that in the next decacde with a looming energy crises as oil becomes harder to excract with exploding demand, thus more expensive, that anyone, anywhere, will get to be choosey about where their oil comes from.
