China big into Wind Farms

China has announced a plan to set up the world biggest Wind Farm that will provide more electricity than the 22,500 MW electricity capacity provided by the Three Gorges Dam project.

China sees this as a way of reducing CO2 Emissons but more importantly reduces its potential import of foreign oil.
