there was no anti hizbullah vote in lebanon . It was Hizbullahs christian partnership of Aoun that fared badly , not hizbullah . Its strength hasnt changed one bit .Things could get very interesting there.
At least Obama has the recent anti-Hizbullah vote in Lebanon to shows that his policy may be working.

as it stands the only people proven to have broken electoral laws are the opposition , who carried on campaigning en masse after the dealine had ceased .
