Yes this point isn't clear. And from what would she be banning him; the UK? I think he qualifies as a subject, in which case it would be exile.

Does she have form in banning people? Some basis for this thread would be appreciated. Otherwise it's just a tease using the Myers name in conjunction with the word ban. If I want to be teased there are better things available online.

Well if Mr Myers is a UK subject, he would I presume not be covered by the legislation which she usually uses to ban folks since as best I know they are not UK subjects but I presume they also have legislation to ban non-resident UK subjects from entering the UK, so I presume she could still ban him if he is a UK subject but I could be wrong on that. Well she banned Fred Phelps, so she does have form on banning folks.

I am not sure if he can be banned from the UK, if he is a British subject I think there was at least one person who was resident in Northern Ireland and they were banned from visiting the mainland UK, so maybe that legislation would do the job. What about Islamofascists should they be banned from Ireland?
