It's occuring to me at the moment that Europe is utterly irrelevant. Obama is essentially giving a speech to the Muslim world as the leader of the Western world, but the relationship is that between Islam and AMERICA.

see he's publishing the speech via sms, to the muslim world, he's not texting the western world, just the middleeast, text being so useful, useful to circumvent local media.
