I would say at least half. And many of the ones that strongly suspect they may have it won't go and get it confirmed or ruled out. So they carry on living their lives as if they don't have it, putting others at risk through unprotected sex.

They test pregnant women for HIV as a matter of course in the UK, so they'd probably have a handle on infection rates in 25-45 year old women....80% end up having kids at some point. Male stats may be more hit and miss

UNICEF point out that immigration imports incurable disease. This is not specific to europe, its a worldwide problem. The EU in its rush to enlarge now borders countries with very high HIV rates. Thanks to the EU there are zero health checks, border controls, rampant people smuggling, and coming soon a common immigration/asylum policy. You might want to pretend the EU has laid Ireland in a bed of roses, the facts say that the EU has been entirely reckless with the publics health.

No I am just quoting the facts in the charity survey which is in the OP.
4 out of 10 cases were in gay men and a large percentage of the rest was carried by African immigrants.

Immigration of sorts doesn't bother me as long as it is conducted with a similar nation mutually between the goverment and the allready said population of the home nation to which these extra's will hopefully more so now be intergrateing if they are of a similar nation and i say the nation would grow more rapidly than if it where all for the sake of multiculturalism.Hence faster growing nation could sooner support the slower flowering unsimiliar nations allowing them to become ecnomically similiar ergo creating a place where both histories can flourish through our kindness instead of us through our stupidness continuing the paths which allow a race of "celtic" people slowley turn into a nation of people where as yet im to find no definition of this future and not yet created people.So it goes allow anyone in for multiculturalism sakes or dont for the sake of peoples health and economically im sure sound reasons aswell as to save a history of an island like ireland where only likes have ever been accepted.
